Responsibilities: o Medical Planning & Equipment Planning o Sourcing and Supplier Management o Customer Relationship Management o Create a portfolio of business customers o Understanding the marketplace, competitors and industry trends o Acquire and maintain a well-developed network o Create a list of contacts o Commissioning new medical equipment through installation and acceptance testing o Assisting with project management of new healthcare projects and referring back to headquarters for support o Maintaining a system of planned preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment is serviced regularly and its down-time is kept at a minimum. o Maintaining stock control and proper inventory of spare parts o Review patient care equipment safety alerts and device recall notices and take appropriate remedial action o Decommissioning of old medical equipment that is no longer in use. o Development of policies and procedures for the clients operations. o Sampling and keeping record of performance data of equipment in order to monitor the efficiency of equipment and take action if the latter degrades. o Developing systems of stock control and maintaining proper inventory of spare parts o Extensive domestic and international travel o Develop a detailed knowledge of competitive products and services in area of operation o Deliver all required reports and forecasts updates in a timely manner o Assisting with other tasks, which may from time to time, be required by the management.
Responsibilities: o Sales and marketing of the entire lines of Edap Tms - France and Quanta Laser - Italy. o Facilitate and organize market research regularly to aid sales strategies. o Devise sales and marketing strategies for the products and implement field work including customer base initiation and customer visits in order to close the deal on sales. o Communication with mother companies in regards to business queries and business relationships. o Communication with suppliers in relation to technical questions/aspects/information. o Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business operations.
o Monitor and review companys project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time and budget. o Set up the business units strategies for promotional activities. This includes forums/conferences/scientific meets/etc. o Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region. o Developing plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation. o Develop and communicate the expectation levels and vision of the company to members of unit.
Responsibilities: o Royal Medical Services Tenders: Preparing quotations, Studying specifications, Technical support for the Tender, Installation and training the staff on operating the devices. o Jordanian Food and Drug Administration: Preparing invoices for the JFDA and getting the approvals for importing devices and consumables to Jordan. o Service and Technical Support for devices (Mainly Respiratory Devices: Ventilators, Anesthesia, CPAP, BIPAP, IPPB.. etc..) sold to the private market in addition to the Royal Medical Services and other institutions. o Sales Support: attending 2nd visits with the sales representative to give the customer more technical details on the devices and products.
Responsibilities: o Private and public institutions tenders preparation. o Disposables and consumables Sales. o Respiratory products and devices Sales.
Responsibilities: o International sales marketing and communication. o Preparing offers, orders, manage to export the factorys products to the distributors.
Writing reports for the patients and manage patients in the x-ray department.
