In order to attract the company’s target audience, I create fit-to-purpose publications, website, social media, press statement and marketing content. In addition, i preserve our customer satisfaction, I respond to their inquiries in less than 24 hours, and get their feedback through questionnaires and small focus groups.
Note that I am currently contributing in the business development by creating, implementing and controlling full-fledged marketing plans.
