Contracts procurements

Responsible for
- Drafting, updating and revising all contracts whether inside Sulinda or received from other
departments.
- Provide legal advice and support to legal issues.
- Reviewing employment agreements.
- Give advanced problem-solving techniques to complex legal cases facing Sulinda' business.
- Analyze and Identify legal risks and implications.

• Reviews suppliers’ contracts language and data, and advice RISC in this regard.
• Adapts agreements and contracts with service providers to match RISC’s general terms and conditions.
• Extends, amends, and reviews agreements based on negotiations and RISC’s decisions.
• Mitigates and guards against legal risks that may arise out of any contractual relationships.
• Participates in the committee of opening the technical and the commercial offers from tenderers to ensure the proper following of tenders’ procedures.
• Provides legal advice and legal analysis for all departments in different legal fields.

Responsible for: -
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Give advanced problem-solving techniques to complex legal cases facing the business.
- Analyze and Identify legal risks and implications.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization

Responsible for three main things visa check for the other destination ticket check if the passenger already reserved ticket or not if the passenger is a miss connection we are responsible to make for him the procedures to catch the next flight, responsible for the check point that to direct the passengers whether they are transit direct them to the gates or the transit counters if the transit is more than six hours we are responsible to get a complementary visa from the immigration to make him rest in a hotel the passengers second type having visa to enter the country directing them to the immigrations offices to stamp their passports and go out the airport, responsible for making the load sheet to the flight captain about the passengers information s such as luggage load special meals requested etc, responsible about sending notes on the amadeus system we are working on to the other destination about the passengers needs ex wheel chair etc.
