- Managing clerical team to follow up with the concerned public and private authorities to insure that all the employees have valid (resident permits, passports, medical insurance cards, bank accounts), and keeping records of expiration dates for renewal purposes .
- Advising project managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.
- Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, superannuation, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports.
- Assist in resolving employee disciplinary matters and serve as a resource for advising staff on laws, regulations, policies and procedures for human resources/labor relations functions.
- Provide staff orientations.
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
- Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions .
- Assist with include bond process, insurance, incident/accident reporting.
- Support Construction Services which includes; collection of project information (maintain tracking logs, correspondence, and action item tracking); Project file set‐up, electronic and hard copy.
- Perform advanced general and administrative duties as requested.
- Inspecting the employees accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary.
- Supervision of the accommodation includes a maintenance director, food service, housekeeping and clerical staff.
- Making sure adequate security for the accommodation is provided.
- Ensuring the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of guests and residents.
- Oversee employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities.
- Responsible for overall management of the accommodation.
Consecutive and written translation (English - Arabic - English).
• Translate contractors and consultants reports.
• Translate law contracts and regulations of the company.
• Arrange with VNG the twinning contracts and reports.
• Interpret and communicate with the World Bank with regard to Grants - Loans and
any other investments.
• Organize foreigners’ workshops, LiveMeeting sessions and visits and take the
needed procedures to reserve their flight tickets.
• Translate curriculum of the Company's vocational school and training courses.
• Arrange the meetings of the chairman and operate his internal & external Calls
with foreign bodies.
• International Cooperation.
• Receive the foreign delegations at the airport or Train station.
• Translate and participate in preparing the financial claims of the cooperation
between the company and any other foreign bodies.
• Communicate with the foreign bodies that deal with the company.
• Prepare the periodical reports about the cooperation with the foreign bodies in
Arabic and English.
• Archive cooperation and twining reports & follow up the execution of each report
recommendations.
