1-responding to different types of user’s inquires/ requests on ticketing system including:
• Undelivered Services Cases.
• Users Top up Problems.
• Accounts Registration Issues such as (mobile verification, security question, Registration email, etc.)
2- Replying to complaints, questions and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner using Sprout Social (Social Media Management Software).
3- Reviewing users KYC documents and approving / declining them accordingly.
4-Handiling inbound and outbound calls, if necessary, to clarify users’ issues in ticketing system.
5- Language Support: Translating and editing FAQ for different new products not to mention translating calls scripts.
