● A Professional Education-Market focused Senior Project Manager responsible for complex projects & transformation journey in the Bizgov & Higher Ed markets covering the EMEA region
● Directing, managing & monitoring all activities for a project portfolio of large, low-to high-risk projects from initiation to delivery

● Prioritized & effectively managed the planning, delivery and execution of IT projects simultaneously in a wide range of business sectors by leading projects to successful completion on-time and within budget in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
● Partnered with cross-functional project team including FinTech product engineers, designers, QA, paralegal and client team to define project’s business case, objectives, scope, key success factors and set deliverables timeline
● Supported sales teams during the pre-contract/bid phase with inputs related to scope, budget risks & quality
● Created complete Project Management Plans, managed resources, tracked product development backlog & performance against the KPIs, conducted periodic meetings with appropriate stakeholders
● Brought together and motivated the project team by anticipating challenges & adopting appropriate response plans
● Projects involved (2+ million USD revenue): Core banking integration & migrations activities (T24, AS400, FCUBS), FIS Switch, Card Management Systems, various software implementation (i.e. SWIFT Mandates GPI/LAU, Compliance reporting FATCA/CRS/AML) using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with extensive user and customer experience
● Participated in LAU’s “PMP Preparatory Program” – 35 hours training 2020 ● Participated in SAP’s Dual Study Program including “SAP Analytics Cloud”- 40 hours training 2020 ● Active Member of PMI’s global organization, PMI Lebanon Chapter & UAE Chapter 2020 ● Attended a private talk given by Tony Fadell (Senior VP at Apple Inc.)
