Developing the services offered to meet the new technological developments in the market - started Energy Department at TECCO.
Developing the relationships with consultants. 
Developing relationship with clients, which includes visits during and after the project life cycle to get their feedback and ways to satisfy our clients.
Lead Supplier relationship, working on the portfolio, meeting suppliers’ conditions for partnership, prices and all aftersales support services. 
Evaluate Products based on the common market needs and mostly the specifications usually asked for in tenders.
Lead product testing process, product certification and compilation of all required documents by the authorities for different countries.  Prepare a launching campaign for the product along with the product life cycle based on the supplier’s roadmap. 
Provide commercial training for the sales people. 
Provide engineers with the required knowledge to provide the required products required in tenders. 
Verify orders commercially and technically before placing the order with the supplier.
 Provide continuous support on the product during product life cycle. 
Work on warranty and repair orders. 
Manage the relationship with 3rd party suppliers for complimentary products to support our main products like billing solutions, voice recording, analog phones…etc. 
Negotiate final prices for complimentary products.
Prepare Tender documents including financial and commercial documents. 
Working on the pre- qualification process required by consultants and VIP accounts.
