To lead, direct and manage the human resources and general services functions for ADSB and its subsidiaries, ensuring effective development and implementation of strategies, processes, policies, procedures and services in order to support the achievement of business objectives in line with the vision and mission of the organization.
To lead the HRBP function in developing and delivering objectives with employees and management across the organization. The role serves as a consultant to management on all HR related issues as well as an employee champion and change agent.
To manage and lead the development and implementation of Emiratization strategy and development plans in order to attract, retain and develop Emirati talent, and continuously enhance jobs-specific competencies to the required level so that the organization achieves its objectives, while employees acquire the necessary development to move upwards in the organization ladders.
To manage and oversee the development and implementation of annual recruitment and manpower plans, in accordance with Emiratization initiatives, and ensure effective implementation of recruitment policies and procedures in order to support the achievement of Abu Dhabi Media HR strategy and business objectives.
To manage all employee relations and administration activities in an effective manner in order to minimize problematic scenarios, enhance working conditions and ensure provision of timely, accurate and responsive services to employees.
To meet with clients, educating them about services, and guiding them to make the best decisions.
Play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales.
To ensure the efficient daily operation of the banking facility, including product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. Develops new deposit and loan business; provides superior customer service and promotes a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Provides leadership, training and supervision to all Tellers and Personal Bankers.

•2018:Lead the restructuring / Transformation of the Organization ( Conduct a work load analysis, Develop and implement a lean organization structure, centralization of some Departments, develop new JDs which aligned with the new roles and responsibilities, Automate the PMS, Overtime Control, Cost Efficiency, etc
•2018: Successfully completed the Company Policy & Procedures Manual.
•2018: Successfully developed HR and GS mission and objectives statement; work-plan and budget
•2017 : Lead the Happiness Committee in ADSB and Improve employees satisfaction and happiness by 30%
•2017 : Developed an HR service desk model and kiosks to support all employees
