Provide design support to consultants & contractors.
Presenting and motivating lighting design and projects to
the customer.
Preparation of complete technical proposals/write-ups/
datasheets/Presentations.
Maintaining current and required knowledge of the
marketplace to be thoroughly appraised of all new or
modified product opportunities as well as developments
that may impact our products or ability to sell them.
Providing technical support to contactors during
installation, and site supervision for installations.
1- Designing, Programming & installation (support) of DMX based Lighting control systems.
2- Basic knowledge of various type of lighting control/dimming phenomena like Phase dimming,
0/1-10V, DALI.
3- Lighting calculations using softwares like Dialux evo, Dialux 4.13 & Relux.
4- Thorough knowledge of Auto-cad.
5- Preparation of schematic diagrams for all types of LED light fixtures as per site requirement.
6- Thorough knowledge of electrical functioning of LEDs.
7- Thorough knowledge of LED certifications like LM79, LM80, TM21, etc.
8- Working knowledge of relevant industry standards for best practices of lighting applications.
6 years worked as a Lighting Design & Technical Support Engineer in the field of Projects lighting with ARASCA, Dubai, U.A.E. RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for finalizing the BOQ, Equivalent product selection.
•Provide lighting design support for to consultants & contractors.
•Preparation of complete technical proposals/write-ups/ datasheets/Presentations.
