• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports that provide a detailed overview of financial activities including expenses, revenues, and account balances.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile student payments to ensure accurate records of amounts paid and the remaining balance for each course.
• Conduct regular checks on the trial balance to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the financial records.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with branches to clarify any unclear information related to invoices or expenses.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers.
• Assist in obtaining price quotes and comparing costs to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Compare the received goods against purchase orders and verify that the quantities are accurate.
