Interact with customers in person, social media or by telephone to provide information about products, services or prices take or enter orders, service tickets, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

Check to ensure that appropriate actions were made to resolve customers
tickets, complaints, problems and inquiries.

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions and update it in the company system.

Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as, refunding money, or adjusting bills, instalments and official letters.

Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders. In the company system.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts or explain directly describing products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.

Listen to customer service calls for evaluation & raise the service level.

Prepare the weekly & monthly Customer service report and aligned it with the required KPIs.

Send any requested customer official letter or contract via delivery services.

Follow up and resolve any customer related ticket pending with ( Legal, Finniance, collection and Sales ).
