1. Drive, monitor and report on quality assurance programs, quality control policies and procedures.
2. Define quality objectives and drive quality improvement programs.
3. Plan and conduct internal audits.
4. Develop a plan to address issues and observations in external audit reports.
5. Actively engage in planning the participation in Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance and drive the roadmap of improvements based on Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance feedback report in coordination with Health Authority excellence task force.
1. Coordinate day-to-day activities of the quality department by covering areas including development of procedures, project/proposal quality plan, system modules, data analysis and quality training sessions.
2. Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the company’s overall Quality Improvement.
3. Interact with the head of departments to understand the existing processes and document the same.
4. Write quality assurance policies and procedures.
5. Assist departments with the coordination of audit information and recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms and procedures.
1. Coordinate the Quality Management activities and assignments.
2. Take active role in the Business Excellence Working Group.
3. Assess and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are operating as planned and will allow the organisation's objectives and goals to be met.
4. Ensure proper follow-up on Internal Audits.
5. Conduct awareness sessions for the Quality and Business Excellence.
1. Provide a quality customer service.
2. Respond to the customers questions, inquires and complaints.
3. Support the customer service management through service and problem solving.
