•All Administrative duties ex., booking, confirmations, Handle phone calls, photocopying, faxing and mailing., maintains presentations, spreadsheets, Draft and type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources .
•Maintain the filing system and records (manual & electronic).
•Perform the work as per company administration policies and procedure.
•Maintain a schedule for meetings/appointments, Coordinate daily activities &Maintain the executive’s calendar and agenda.
•Taking dictations, drafting of the minutes of executive meetings.

•Follow-up daily and monthly the movement sales & try to find ways to increase the sales.
Follow any suggestions & complains form customers.

HR Duties:
•Put advertisements in newspapers & social media for recruitment the employees.
•Receiving all employment’s applications, checking completion of all references, referring the
application.
•Conducting recruitment interviews to choose the right person, after being approved by
Management, receiving the application, start to complete procedures of employment process
starting from opening the file, job description, following up any lack of any required document.
•Preparing the annual allotments (end of service and annual leave’s).
•Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
•Follow up the movement of permissions, absence and delay.
•Follow up the fingerprint program.
•Respond to the staff's inquiries about all that is related to personnel department.
•Arrange for business trips, issuing pay orders of the value of pocket expenses and issuing visa
from embassies.
•Following up work permissions, residency transference and residency renewing.
Training new or existing employees.
•Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
•Responsible for the petty cash.
