Responsible for building a dtat base for all pharmaceutical field for tenders between arab and african countries as well as assigning for the adverse effects asssociated with certain drugs and reporting them to the ministry of health as a sort of monitering and control.
I am responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the HR department including recruitment, training, development, evaluation and other HR roles to ensure the accuracy of the company policy and apply all the rules.
Performing all the tasks being an excutive in addition i am responsible for the follow-up and the montering of my team to ensure the implementation of all the objectives and ensure high quality of performance and take any needed corrective actions.
Working as a Clinical Research Associate in a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company (NOVARTIS) in association with ICRO(International Clinical Research Association) in 2008 for one year using the different communication, negotiation and presentation skills to manage the International clinical trials as well as responsible for the medical training of our new employees.
Had got the Human Resources Certificate from American University of Cairo(AUC) with GPA 3.92 in 2009
I worked as a clinical research associate in a multinational pharmaceutical company and then I had the Human Resources Diploma from the American University in Cairo in 2009 then Now I am working as Sales&Marketing Department Assistant in a multinational company.
