Working as HR & Administration Assistant:
• Substantiates applicants’ Skills by administrating and scoring tests.
• Schedules Examinations by coordinating appointments.
• Welcoming New Employees to the Organization by conducting Orientation.
• Conducting Interviews, making Manpower and Job Offers.
• Reporting to the Assistant HR Manager and administrative affairs.
• Preparing admission papers for the new employees.
• Provide Payroll information for all the Company’s Employees by collecting time and attendance records.
• Submitting employees Data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data.
• Maintain Employee Information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Provide Secretarial Support by entering, formatting and printing information, organizing work and answer telephone.
• Maintains Employee Confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications and reviewing employees Profiles to check who deserves to be promoted.
• Preparing Leaves and return from leaves.
• Requiring Visa for Workers from outside the country and preparing their work Permit.
• Preparing validity Monitor Sheet to be sure to renew the company licenses before it’s expiration date.
• Preparing residence transfer papers from shoun and printing their residence in their passports.
• Preparing Salaries Certificate.
• Preparing work Accidents.
• In case of Termination, preparing the termination letter as well as the End of Service calculation and Indemnity.
• End of Clearance Preparation.
• Issuing Letters and books to the concerned Ministries.
• Preparing the renewal for all the company licenses from the concerned Ministries.
• Updating and preparing life insurance, fire Insurance as well as fidelity and Money Transit insurance Policies.

I was handling any technical or billing issues the customers may face with their Skype application.
That was done by live chat or sending emails to the customers assisting them in their queries.
Then I have been tarnsfered to the accounts payable department in the company I have been handling the invoices issues.
