As an operation officer at Chinese VAC in Alexandria my main tasks are :
handling the operation process for Chinese visa by helping the applicant to apply for the China Visa in all the procedures we needs to obtain the visa starting from reception inquiries, submission papers and back office data entry until he receives the visa on his passport all of this is within the instructions of the Chinese embassy implemented by the company.
Arrange special offer for individual customer.
Follow up customer satisfaction.
Make Flight reservation using Amadeus system
Make Medical Insurance to apply for visa.
Greet persons entering the company.
Provide information to callers.
Direct persons to correct department.
Review all Company emails to singe by manger.
Do accounting issues in company accounting system, plus office administration issues as utilities and employees salary .
* Flights reservation by different system Amadeus and Galileo.
* Plan, create, arrange and operate tour and travel programs *Organize vacation and holidays packages by coordinating and
* negotiating with airlines, hotels, ground transportation services
*Provide advice on sightseeing and shopping activities
My study was in hotels and travels also how to improve the tourism industry. I'm working now as Reservation Manger in Travel agency. In My work i responsible in accounting and secretary issues and administration
