Main tasks and accountabilities for the job:
Performance Management:
• Co-ordinate Oil operations response to requests from the centre regarding in year performance (Capex options, early production…etc)
• Develop close liaison with FC&A to assure GFO and LTP linkages for the Oil PU
• Prepare EGPC Receivables’ Analysis Forecast every quarter
• Prepare G&A Forecast and variance analysis every quarter.
• Issue Production/Safety Weekly Report to London.
Economic Evaluation:
• Economic Analysis and model-building and/or preparation for decision making processes: project investments, operational optimization decisions, acquisitions and divestments, infill drilling decisions and cost recovery decisions.
• Preparation of BP approval documentation (FMs) for release of capital funds in support of project activity plus any Ad Hoc LTCC FMs, including articulation of the business case, fit with strategy and risk and reward
PRE-GRADUATION TRAINING: Summer 2006 Summer internship in the Human Resources’ department in the Egyptian Drilling Company. Summer 2005 Summer internship in the project management department in Promoters. Summer 2004 Summer internship in the information and communication department in Siemens Ltd. The training covered analysis for accounts and reviewing assets.
