Duties and responsibilities.
Manage branch managers and ensure that sales targets are met in accordance with
business goals.
• Ensure all property sales fees and ancillary charges are billed and collected in timely
fashion.
• Ensure appropriate software is implemented and utilized to manage the flow of
transactions from lead capture to conclusion.
• Ensure property sales and leasing services are advertised to all relevant clients
using multiple channels including social media, websites, print media and outdoor
signage.
• Ensure property portfolio and availability is up to date on company website.
• Keep up date to date with property market activities locally and internationally.
• Develop new business and generate new revenue streams.
• Provide in-house training sessions for consultants to improve sales techniques.
• Ensure sales and leasing consultants maximize the use of the Property
Management Database
Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve
• Conducting weekly sales meeting
• Coordinating with marketing team; prepare market review report on RE trend
• Coordinate with marketing team for the implementation of new marketing initiatives and oversee
advertising placement
• Increase numbers of listed properties in volume and quality by developing a new business
relationship with developers, owners and RE agencies.
• Prepare, manage and improve sales commission structure to be in line with the market trend and
best industry practice.
• Interview and hire new sales consultants
• Perform team appraisal, and recommend training whenever necessary
• Assist sales agent in closing deals whenever necessary
• Coordinating with PM/FM team for the unit handing over
