• IT Sector Quality Assurance management, Monthly KPIs Reporting, Quality auditing activities management and drive quality improvement projects to achieve desired objectives.
• IT Service Desk Management, managing Incident, event, problem management processes and SD team reporting and follow up to achieve identified benchmarks
• IT Assets Life cycle management, from Purchase to retirement.

Achievements:
◦ Established the Quality Improvement Road map
◦ Built the QMS architecture - Using EPF "Eclipse Process Framework" (identified the processes and procedures components based on CMMI - SVC and ITIL Best Practices)
◦ Established the Process improvement Plan for achieving CMMI L3 V1.3
◦ Knowledge transfer and training for the assigned EPG team for CMMI V1.3 and process improvement concepts
◦ Introduced (Eclipse Process Framework) tool for developing Process assets library and trained the team to use it
◦ Established and defined the Quality Assurance and the Process Improvement standard including (definition, templates, guidelines and measures needed for each process)
◦ Defined the possible data sources for data collection to initiate the software matrices
◦ Mapped Agile - Scrum activities to CMMI model and created the proper audit list for it as a process
•Plan all the Process improvement activities including the QMS updates and implementation, updating the process assets library resources and assets.
•Appraising the projects running on the organization to make sure that they are following the defined standard based on CMMI V1.2 best practices model.
•EPG head, integrate and plan the team member’s responsibilities, review the EPG members work and communicate the results with the Senior Management for approval.
•Coordinate with the Different Projects managers the involvements of the Software Quality Assurance and Software Quality Control activities in the project (quality assurance and validation and verification plan).
•Creating training materials and provide trainings to the organization resources for applying the defined QMS.
•Conduct All the QA, Testing and Peer review activities to the projects running in the company.
•Translating requirements of the client into highly technical specifications in brief (Using UML notations and Software Requirement Specification Document)
•Works with the software developers and other end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Achievements:
•Defined Full QMS Based on CMMI V1.2 (includes definitions, templates and guidelines for all the processes organization were using)
•Passed 2 Spot checks for Definition and Implementation
•Developed several SRS and Proposals as System analyst
Worked as a Web Developer using the following Languages and tools have been used:
JAVA Language J2SE and J2ME, PHP, Java script, CSS, Ajax, HTML, DHTML, Smarty template Engine and using basic SQL Statements. -
Deal with UNIX, Linux, Ubuntu Operating systems. -
Use Apache web server, MySQL (PHP my admin) and SVN under Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows. -
