- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Create organizational charts and build succession plans
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees

-Recruiting staff (blue collar - white collar), which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, interviewing, shortlisting and selecting candidates.
-Improve the current or future performance of an employee by increasing the ability of an employee through education and increasing one’s skills or knowledge in the particular subject.
- Record employee information, such as new employees, transfers and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
- Update records of personnel transactions such as hires (promotions, transfer, performance appraisal, terminations ...etc.)
- Maintain employee records on system (attendance, vacations, business mission and training etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Orientation sessions for a new hires (welcome on board program).
