➢ Creating Job Description for new hires and update the needed.
➢ Responsible for issuing employee's visa and reserve their flight for the company business and
meetings.
➢ Handle the medical insurance & Social insurance with all its process.
➢ Responsible for the admin supplies (Stationary, office, etc.).
➢ Responsible for the company events and team buildings.
➢ Responsible for all employee’s needs (HR System, requests, problems, questions).
➢ Monitor employees’ attendance and carry out monthly reports for delays, overtime, leaves,
etc.
➢ Ensure that all employees’ documents and records are up to date on the HR System.
➢ Handle Recruitment process for entry/Senior level (screening, filtration, phone calls
interviews, schedule interviews, one to one interviews).
➢ Handle all the resigned employee’s transactions.
➢ Follow up with accepted Candidates till completing their hiring documents, Perform
orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires.
➢ Prepare payroll reports by providing relevant data (absences, deductions, compensations
etc.) to the finance department.
➢ Monitor employees’ attendance on daily basis and carry out monthly reports for delays.
➢ Handle Recruitment process for entry level (screening, filtration, phone calls interviews,
schedule interviews, one to one interviews).
➢ Responsible for the fingerprint machine with all its process.
➢ Ensure that all employees’ documents and records are up to date on the database.
➢ Handle resigned employee’s transactions.
➢ Responsible for all employee’s needs (Loans, HR System, requests, problems, questions).
➢ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
➢ Creating Job Description for new hires and update the needed.
➢ Responsible for the Monthly overtime and KPI’s.
➢ Handle the training needs with all its process (Analyzing, Creating programs).
➢ Follow up with accepted Candidates till completing their hiring documents, Perform
orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires.

➢ Record minutes of meeting of weekly managers meeting.
