Administration:
• Following up and dealing with the agents’ companies, for inviting the required workers.
• Preparing the offer letter for the employees and workers on the MOL system.
• Issuing the electronic working permit for the employees and workers, on the MOL system.
• Issuing the entry Visas for the employees and workers, on the emigration Dept.
• Finalizing the medical fitness certificate for the employees and workers.

Insurance:

• Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers.
• Preparing all required refund claims from insurance Company according to the agreement.
Public Relations:
• Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs, working with public relations executives.
• Maintain company archives for Employees including all the required information by labor office.
• Supervising the company representative, for finalizing the issuance or renewal of medical reports, passports, Emirates ID’s for residency Visas purposes
