Create a detailed work plan\work breakdown structure which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, develop it to monitor and track progress
Determine the resources (time, equipment, knowledge, etc.) required to complete the project

Managing and participating project management, software implementation, & customization cycle from contract signing through production for our suggested list of products.

Create the WOW experience for customers by ensuring the demo environment is properly configured to specifications for the client demonstration.
Lead user acceptance testing to ensure a successful rollout and handoff to account management
Provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees, and train IT\non-technical workers on the business's information systems
Collaborate with clients to facilitate the setup process
