QC officer Role
•Provide support to the Quality Control Manager.
•Serve as the primary quality control resources for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
•Manage quality control team on a day to day basis.
•Design, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
•Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.

Microbiologist Role
•Manage microbiology and other laboratory and technicians to ensure food safety by testing for food borne organisms.
•Preparing nutrient media, agar slants plates and dilution.
•Conduct the Microbial analysis (TPC, CPC and confirmation, St. aureus, Yeast & Mould etc) of all the incoming material and final product.
•Monitoring the working environment by swab, and water analysis of the factory premises and working area.
•Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipments.
•Purchase and maintain all supplies related to quality assurance, Physic-chemical microbiological testing.
•Ensuring that all QC Tests are carried out on time and by proper procedures
