1) Vendor Development:-
A) Locating vendor for CNC Machining of various components of various models of Hydraulic cylinders
B) Quotation/Price finalization
C) Vendor finalization
D) Preparation of price comparison statement of all vendors
E) release of Purchase order depending on price for samples, Preseries and final production
F) Co-ordination and Follow up with vendors for supplies as per committed date
G) Inspection of parts at vendor’s premises
H) Planning and procurement of various gauges and instruments for inspection
I)Arranging Packing and delivery of material to Italy as per their schedule
J) Monitoring Prices regularly and negotiations with vendors
2)Project/ Production Management
A) Locating site for starting Assy. And testing and packing operations in India
B) Carrying out necessary changes in site to suit requirement
C) Preparation of Plant and office layout
C) Completing mesonary/Carpentary/Painting work
D) Locating vendors for procurement of equipments for office and assembly
E) Releasing orders for Office/assy.testing and packing equipments/Machineries
F) Inspection and procurement of equipments/Machineries and tooling
G) Installation and commissioning of equipments and machineries
H) Making Material storage arrangement
I) starting routine regular Production activities in India
