Provides Desktop Support For End Users in LAN Environment
❖ Handling helpdesk calls and emails.
❖ Managed laptops, desktops, and printers companywide.
❖ Works with Help Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.
❖ Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
❖ Configuration of network/Sharing Printers and Scanners
❖ Trouble shooting hardware and software related issues with laptops and desktops
❖ Respond to email messages for customers seeking help

❖ Provides technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware.
❖ Desktop PC & Laptop configuration, troubleshooting, Setup, supporting all related hardware devices (failure, upgrade, replacement), PC Backup and System Recovery.
❖ Provide High Quality IT Support (Telephonic and Onsite) to the employees of ABA across Qatar
❖ Configuration of network/Sharing Printers and Scanners
❖ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
❖ Troubleshooting / diagnosis, and resolution or escalation for desktop/laptop PCs, Apple computers and devices, phones, mobile devices, AV equipment, conference rooms, wired and wireless networks.
Installing new hardware (Switches, servers, printers, computer work stations etc.)
❖ Assist with daily IT service desk and network operations.
❖ Provided technical support for hardware/software configuration and application.
❖ Configuring network printers, IP phones and scanners in the location.
❖ Crimping and LAN arrangement, Wi-Fi access point configuration
❖ Desktop PC & Laptop configuration, troubleshooting, Setup, supporting all related hardware devices (failure, upgrade, replacement), PC Backup and System Recovery.
