Responsible for monitoring, supervising & coordinating of all electrical controls & Mechanical equipment. Testing commissioning of all electrical and mechanical equipment. Responsible for the installation & electrical system including wiring, break boxes, switches and other machinery in a variety of settings. Handle the tasks of generating plans for upgrading design and in documenting work policies. Provide instructions in areas of testing and commissioning electrical equipment to the contractors and sub-contractors. Handle full responsibilities of developing operating procedures, specifications of equipment and the standards of materials. Play the role of a technical advisor/supporter to other departments in critical engineering matters. Working knowledge in high tension transformer. Working fault required 630 KVA transformer. Working maintenance 625 KVA genset. Genset method and operation. Erection of SSB Panel board & Sub Switch board up to 250 kVA genset. Working knowledge in 80 6040 KVA uninterruptible power supply. Ensure that sizing and design calculations for pipelines and rises are accurate Identify bottlenecks in pipeline project implementation &perform measures troubleshoot them. Review riser designs and routing plans to ensure optimized work processes. Identify costs estimates of materials and labor for each pipeline project and provide input Into procurement activities Perform work procedures such as pigging, commissioning, start-up & purging. Review laid pipelines for consistencies pertaining to stability and flow. Develop &modify pipeline project specifications to meet changing requirements of the Project Develop and implement regulatory measures & ensure that they conform to project Requirements. Coordinate with vendors to ensure that proper material is obtained. Maintain liaison with clients and take feedback on ongoing project. Perform hazard analysis and take measures to minimize onsite hazards. Perform training activities to ensure that pipeline workers are ready for each project. Ensure integrity of pipelining project and corrosion control. Provide workers with best practices information in a bid to ensure their physical safety.
