A. Organizational Experience:
Designation : Assistant General Manager (QS).

Multi-Million Dollars Railway, Elevated Expressway, Bridges, Water Supply, Metro Projects.
Responsibilities:
● Organize entire QS team under the Group including day to day basis achievement.
Assist and guide PQ and Bidding Team to business development.
Follow up Monthly Valuation / IPC submitted on time and getting approval done by the Engineer and Employer to ensure receive payment during the contractual timeframe.
Mitigate with the variations and/or any design change and impacts on the Contracts relating to EOT and additional Costs.
Prepare claim both EOT and Costs for all running projects.
Advice and provide guideline to all QSs that they are providing ultimate efforts to maintain the Company interests.
Time to time organize QS workshop for skill development in both quantity surveying and contractual issues and describe the provisions of FIDIC based contracts.
Attend Client meeting, reporting to the top management up to date commercial aspects and conditions.
Prepare and monitor the Budget for running projects and its ultimate use.
Material reconciliations for major construction materials and advice all QSs, how to control wastage including physical inventory for major construction materials.
Prepare letters, reports etc. to the Engineer as well as Employer etc.
Subcontract Management, Agreement, Certifications, payment guideline etc.
Guideline for Close-out contracts (As-Built drawings, final measurements etc.)
● Preparing Valuations, Measurement for all Classified & Unclassified Excavations, Piling Works, Pile Caps, Pier & Pier Caps, Box-Girders, Casting Yards etc. External Valuation, Measurements, MOS (Advance & Recovery), Cost Proposals for Varied Works.
Client Meeting for Valuation and Variations, Progress Review etc.
Client and/or Engineer’s Correspondence including other Reports.
Team Work Management with Local QSs and other staffs and report to the Commercial
Manager and Commercial Director etc.
