• Arrange suitable venues for meetings and engagements; taking into consideration disabled access.
• Receive, open, sort, screen and priorities all the incoming written correspondence and ensure timely feedback.
• Act as the company representative to different forum as delegated by the Executive Director.
• Maintaining a user friendly database of contacts of people, businesses and institutions with whom the Executive Director.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirement where deemed necessary for guest /client of the Executive Director.
• Professionally attend to corporate clients, expatriates and dignitaries who have appointments with the Executive Director.
• Obtained replies, provide support in terms writing and editing speeches, presentationsand other relevant duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
