• Reporting to the supervisor of CERT, I have been in charge of all WR training operations; preparing proposals and budgets for training programs with governmental and NON-governmental organizations. Tailoring the training programs’ objectives and outcomes according to clients’
requirements.
Managing and controlling the training courses delivery via a team of 15 faculty members and relevant supporting staff.
Exploring and creating potential business opportunities for the organization.
Expanding and widening the organization reach through communicating with governmental sectors to provide training services.
Insuring clients’ satisfaction in delivering the organization vision towards their training and educational needs.
Reporting to the supervisor of CERT, I have managed a team of more than ten faculty members in the Work Readiness Program (WRP), and Corporate training program. I managed the day to day business of my team, prepared schedules, led the math and computer team, coordinated and conducted ICDL and psychometric exams. My duties also included contacting potential employers for work placement of graduates, and further on recruitment of them.
Moreover, the introduction of BBV platform to the students and teacher was also within my duties.
Reporting to the supervisor of CERT at MZC, I have managed a team of more than ten faculty members in the Work Readiness Program (WRP), and Corporate training program. In addition to me teaching math and computer to WRP and foundation students, I managed the day to day business of my team, prepared schedules, led the math and computer team, coordinated and conducted ICDL and psychometric exams. During my tenure with Alnahda National schools, I have taught math and computer (British syllabus) to grades 4, 5, 6, 7. I have also conducted ICDL courses to team members.
