Authority Matrix). • Overseeing the execution of the forgoing lease agreements, amendments and renewed agreements. • Preparation of Sale Purchase Agreements regarding the plots of land and units which are sold by DSO. • Overseeing the resale of the foregoing plots of land and units and preparation of necessary documents. • Facilitating the execution of Sale Purchase Agreement between private developers and unit owners and also for onwards sale. • Registering the above agreements in Ejari system (DLD website) - Residential & Commercial. • Customizing and reviewing various Lease Agreements, Plot SPA, Unit SPA etc. and any amendment to it from time to time and updating the same. • Negotiating the lease terms and convincing the clients to sign the standard agreements after clearing their concern with relevant departments. • Facilitating the necessary documentations and processes from DSO side with respect to registration of the title deeds with the Lands Department. • Overseeing the eviction of the tenants in the event of any default. • Meeting clients and explaining them on the various requirements of leasing, sale purchase agreements. • Insure delivery of the lease terms & conditions with full clauses & agreed points as per the offer letter • Responsible for all commercial & residential lease terminations/extensions/exceptions/amendment formalities • Meeting clients and explaining them on the various termination/relocation formalities (residential/commercial) within lease department or other DSO concerned departments. • Assist the client though their portal issue to insure submitting required application (termination/extension.. ect) • Work close insuring delivering required information to all departments through the portal avoiding any system debugs that may occur in the future & may cause any financial risk against the department.
