- Set up program and define program planning.
- Manage overall program and progress, mitigate risks and define recovery plan, escalating issues in case of need.

- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Define and maintain the optimum process parameters to ensure the maximum efficiency of equipment and production in accordance with the quality standards set by the company.
• Manage the process parameters of manufacturing system, making sure that there are no deviation and ensuring the stability of the process.
• Develop and maintain instructions and standard operating procedures for production operators.
• Analyze the causes of process failure and losses as well as poor quality products or incidents in quality.
• Lead improvement projects by studying and applying WCM tools.
• Lead a project of merging two production lines including commissioning, qualification and validation.
• Develop measures to reduce risks and guarantee consumer safety.
• Identify the causes of equipment malfunctions or defects.
• Develop and maintain a reporting system and working documentation regarding the production
process functionality.
- Responsible for completing engineering projects using PMP methodologies including preparing project charters, user requirement specifications, techno-commercial comparison statements, schedules, budgets and cash flows.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed according to project plans, on-time, within the specified quality and budget through managing risks and controlling changes.
- On-site supervision of project execution work.
➢ Main Projects:
- Installation of a new IV-Bag Filling Line “Form Fill and Seal (FFS) Technology”.
- Installation of a new Nitrogen Generation System.
- Planning and studying of layout and specifications for Hemodialysis Line and Plastic Bottles/Jerry-
cans Line “Blow, Fill & Seal (BFS) Technology” in new factory.
- Apply technical studies for Solution Preparation Unit expansion.
➢ Additional operational tasks:
- Prepare, execute, and monitor the plant maintenance programs including shutdown plans.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) whenever required by the department.
- Prepare Department Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
Business Continuity Plans.
- Participate in production internal audit (self-inspection).
Responsible for all processes involved in supply chain, co-ordinate all processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Processing supplier orders, follow-up and ensure the receipt and delivery of materials on time.
Worked in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Project Management Departments
- Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assess risks and applying modifications to eliminate or reduce hazards to an acceptable risk level.
- Investigate incident and accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future.
- Prepare an effective evacuation plan and emergency responses.
- Plan and execute a new training center considering constraints and specified budget.
