Design Engineer and Production, Duties & Responsibilities:
• Close liaison with the architect to ensure full understanding of drawing to be produced
from the model.
• Comparison checking between external architect and internal design to ensure accurate
production of drawing in line with external architect's model.
• 3D Modeling and drafting
• Liaison with production department and planning department to understand schedule timing,
and ensure handover of drawings to production in line with schedule.
• Coordination with production coordinator in charge to ensure any queries on the factory floor
are answered and any mistake is resolved at the earliest.
• Liaison with QA/QC team to ensure quality checks are regularly made.
• Responsible for arranging peer review of works by fellow design team members where
applicable
• Two-way communication with external architect to ensure timely completion of package
assigned to Designer.

Naval Architect, Drawings and Production Supervisor. at North sea boats

Duties as Naval Architecture and Drawings:
• Concept design, exterior, structural and interior modelling and powering assessment. Writing
technical reports and specifications, working on the lines plan, general arrangement, profile,
midship plan, Hydrostatic, and Stability.
• Prepare estimation part's and material.
• Prepare engineering detail drawings for production such a composite layer laminate, mould
preparation and making plan, structure layout and system.
• Developing detailed design for production.
• Coordinate with all Manager and other internal staffs to prepare final documentation of the
vessel.
• Provide technical information to the customer.
• Involved in Harbor Acceptance Test (HAT) and Sea Acceptance Test (SAT)
Duties as Design Production Supervisor :
• Coordinate with external design/consultant in charge for to ensure accurate production of drawing
in line with design model.
• As the Team leader of CNC, supervise for cutting plug and mold, component, panel, and part,
approve it for cutting list, nesting and control it to proper with drawings and production time
schedule.
• Supervise the lamination of the component, part, and panel. Checked the laminate for proper
fiber layers and correct direction with hand lay-up or vacuum infusion method.
• Supervise the vacuum table infusion process, supervise the lamination for the fibers/carbon
layers, patch panel, additional layers according to with the detail drawings, supervise process
preparation of resins mix, hoses, vacuum machine and etc.
• Supervise the assembly component, panel and part for structure and system in the production.
• Monitoring the progress of the construction project and ensure the production progress in time
line and follow drawings.
• Update of the boat project drawing.
