Roles and responsibilities/Professional skills
• Demonstrate and promote health & safety leadership, ensure all crew personnel
understand and comply with organization HSE policies, procedures, commitments
and requirements.
• Preparation of CSSP, HIP, Risk assessment, safe work procedures as per scope of
work for client e.g. Saudi Aramco.
• Develop all critical activities JSA safe work procedures as per company/client
requirements. All Project Safety related submittals.
• Lead Safety team in verify safety precautions stipulated on permit to work, Risk
assessments and Job safety analysis are being communicated implemented.
• Supervision including the identification of proactive and reactive site issues for
Communication to the workforce and collection of constructive feedback.
• Identify & conduct safety training requirements to be delivered to the
Workforce & Staff.
• Liaise with Saudi Aramco Safety team and on all matters relating to health, safety
and environment to ensure consistent application and understanding of policies
and procedures.
• Investigate unsafe acts/behaviors and conditions and provide guide/solutions to
management prevent Reoccurrences.
• Preparation of Daily, weekly & monthly summary report of field HSE issues and
activities including HSE documentation; risk assessments, JSA, KPI.
• Ensure all personnel have the necessary safety training for the project and new hire
Safety training orientation.
• Generate Accident/Incident Reports and Corrective Actions Design Safety
Meeting Presentations.
• To ensure all reporting meets Company requirements in a timely manner.
• Gap analyses, audits compline review performance measurement.
• To ensure all reporting meets Company/client requirements in a timely manner.
• Personally, responsible for own safety and conducting one’s self to the standards
ofCompany Policies and Procedures.
• Conducting HSE team coordination/grooming meetings for performance
improvement.
• Participate in Regulatory, Operator and Internal/extremal HSE audits follow up
review.
• Encourage employees to report unsafe or unhealthful conditions to prevent
reoccurrence.
• Lead by example, Safety performance recognition motivation awards programs for
work crew.
