To conduct and coordinate the Marketing activities for the company aligned to corporate brand strategy.
To develop project briefs, define business objectives of marketing programs, including scope and timeline, oversee implementation and timeline for agreed-on projects and ensure timeliness of project deliverables and reviews success metrics.

To manage relationships with regional agency partners, including setting priorities, delivering against a budget and timeline and ensuring that the agencies we work with are among the thought leaders in their field.

Projects Undertaken: 1.Action Learning Program: State Bank of India Singapore Objective: To develop an Integrated Marketing Communications Plan for SBI, Singapore Approach: Studied the present communications of the Bank, its competitors in the current market and exploring new avenues to get a better visibility for SBI targeted at the NRI segment in the current market Outcome: Based on the primary and secondary research created a marketing communications plan to ensure that a consistent message reaches the customer through all possible mediums to gain share of mind as well as share of heart of the target segment 2.Action Learning Program: Child Rights and You Objective: To study the current level of awareness of CRY amongst the NRI population in Singapore Approach: Studied the receptivity of NRI’s towards donating to professional charity and observed the kind of causes they prefer to support as well as explored ways of increasing the awareness of CRY in Singapore Outcome: Developed a strategy to enhance the brand image and awareness of CRY in Singapore 3.Applied Research Project: Marico Industries Limited, Dubai Objective: To study men’s attitudes towards hair care Approach: Analyzed and compared the factors that men in the middle East consider while choosing between hair creams and Gels and forecasted trends to better plan marketing strategies Outcome: Presented a launch plan for their new range of hair gels based on the trends and factors favored by the target segment Achievement: The elements recommended in the launch plan are currently being implemented by Marico in their marketing communications
