Duties and Responsibilities:-
•Preliminary checking of shop drawings and material submittals with specification and tender requirements prior to consultant submission.
•Calculating of heat load, pump head calculations by using ASHRAE and carrier Soft wares.
•Selection of AC units, extract fans, split units, package units.
•Preparation of HVAC ducts layout (shop drawings).
•Preparation of HVAC chilled water layout (shop drawings).
•Preparation of MEP coordination drawings.
•Making material take-off.
•Site controlling (installation of HVAC system, plumbing and fire fighting systems).
•Ensuring quality control work at site.
•Preparation of As Built drawings.
•Making inspection and getting approval from consultant after completion of work.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
•Execution and installation of work on site as per the approved drawing given by consultant
•Complete Assembling, Installing, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of HVAC Equipments with complete Trouble Shooting
•Installation & Maintenance (Preventive & Trouble Shooting) of HVAC equipments.
•Installation of ducting Network with all types Air-Outlets and can read the ducting drawing for any kind of designing and can do the Air-Balancing of ducting Network.
•Installation & Maintenance (Preventive, Diagnosing the troubles) of Packaged (Roof top/self contained) units either complete etc, ducting network with all electrical controls.
The duties and responsibilities, which I can handle independently and give the best output to the company, are as given below:-
•Preliminary checking of shop drawings and material submittals with specification and tender requirements prior to consultant submission.
•Preparation of MEP coordination drawings.
•Making material quantity take-off.
•Site controlling (installation of HVAC system, plumbing and fire fighting system).
•Ensuring quality control.
•Preparation of As Built drawings.
•AIR - CONDITION COOLING LOAD CALCULATIONS following AHRAE & CARRIER codes.
•Duct system Design following SMACNA & DW 142 codes, supervision of duct fabrication and installation of the ductwork.
•Chilled water pipe design and Pump Head calculation, Selection of Chilled water pumps, Preparation of drawings for A/C equipment’s and accessories installation.
•Preparation of material submittals for the consultant’s approval.
•Air conditioning systems, pre-commissioning and commissioning works and all types of maintenance of HVAC equipments.
•Estimation of air conditioning equipment and accessories.
•Material requisition for erection work/breakdown occurred by workers of departments. I suggest suitable alternative method or material in case of non-availability and make sure that the job is completed with specification on time.
•Coordinating with workers regarding assembling of components maintenance works and make sure that electrical controls installed properly.
•Maintaining documents, records of work carried out.
•Review of the updating submittal and drawings.
