YAMAL LNG is an integrated project encompassing natural gas production, liquefaction and shipping. The Project consists of construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant with an output capacity of 16.5 million tons per year, using the South Tambey Field as a resource base. The field’s proven and probable reserves, by PRMS standards, are estimated at 926 billion cubic meters. Extensive transportation infrastructure is being built in the scope of the Project, including a sea port and the Sabetta Airport.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety start-up of rotating equipments such as (MRPR compressors, Hitachi Booster Compressors, )
Coordinate of Pre-commissioning of rotating and static equipment (cleanliness inspection, internal inspections, motor solo run-in test, lube oil flushing, etc).
Coordinate of Commissioning of rotating equipment (vibration and temperature monitoring, performance test, etc), compliance with quality standards and vendor recommendations.
Support for start-up of Utilities Plant working with safety and quality project standards.
Support of management and control of mechanical staff.
Control of documents related to Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of rotating equipment.

Prepared procedures to establish a system to manage Critical Spares for equipment in Production Operations. Critical Spares are required for equipment which can have impact on facility operations and thus result in significant production impact. The Critical Spares identified under this procedure will allow timely replacement of equipment either prior to a failure based on condition monitoring or immediate as a result of equipment failure.
Procedure also serves to form the basis for developing the Depreciable Standby Equipment (DSE) Plan for the annual budget cycle and rolling 5-year Business Plan.

Experience with the main planning tools such as E1, MS Project & Primavera scheduling process.
Planning and supply of materials:
Accurate planning of all works on assigned area. While planning and evaluating be guided with rationality principles aimed to increase the efficiency and optimization of resources and practice it.

Arrange the delivery of spare parts, materials and equipment to the sites as per schedule with day today. Notify Group Supervisor the works preparation status, the pending issues and materials, the delivery of which to be speed out.
Daily analysis of newly submitted Work Orders to plan their putting up into weekly schedule
Calculation of man hours to perform the Work Order
Clarification and identification of full scope directly on the site
Agree the scope performance with Section Supervisors and executing Personnel
Preparation and supply of required materials for execution of Work Orders
Tracking of Work Order progressing steps in Order Repair History
Have daily site walks to check the drawbacks of planned works to avoid them in the future
Daily issue of processed work orders to Scheduling Coordinators aiming to put into Works Plan
Ensure clear understanding of works and instruction naming the cases Planning & Scheduling Create step-by-step plan.
Maintenance Works Planning is provided in Е1 system using steps as per Work order and make up top priority works schedule.

While working in the department of ICAT on Mechanical Engineer position I carried out the following work:
• Performance of commissioning of the mechanical equipment on site (team work or by oneself);
• Interaction with contractors on mechanics;
• Control over that a construction/testing /start-up and adjustment were executed safely and effectively;
• Maintaining test documents of the project (corrected executive documentation, repair lists, ITR’s, etc.); Conduct site inspection; Inspection of equipment like horizontal and vertical centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors leveling and alignments of different types; Mechanical completion: Mechanical cleaning of pipe-work and new vessels where required, completion of Mechanical Completion Checklists (“B” ITRs) Clearance of Punch lists. Commissioning: Valve stroking - checking operability of control valves and validating their control room indicators, Rotating - verifying that motors rotate in the correct direction (bumping), Lube-oil system pickling, flushing & circulation as required, Lubrication - First Fill of oil sumps and greasing of bearings, Checking the proper operation of lubricating oil systems. No load running of motors. No load testing and confirmation of safety shutdown systems. Load testing of cranes and lifting appliances

Performed adjustment and setup the oil delivery system and gas pumping compressor gas seal.
Performed start up and adjusted the settings on the gas compressor auxiliary pump.
Performed adjustment on the oil supply pump control valves and the gas seal of the compressor.
Performed test run of the main compressor motor according to the equipment test procedures.
Performed adjustments on all of the systems for the compressor equipment load run test.
Performed compressor gas injection test, under load.
Performed commissioning activities of technology equipment (pumps, compressors, cooling stacks, air cooling apparatus, HVAC).
Executed acceptance of industrial pipe-lines and apparatus in accordance with the requirements of regulatory technical documentation and the RK legislation.
