• Supervise the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems within the mall premises,
including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and technicians, ensuring they follow safety
protocols and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve system malfunctions in a timely
manner.
• Ensure that all MEP systems are energy-efficient by identifying and implementing energy-saving solutions,
reducing operational costs.
• Maintain a detailed record of all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements, ensuring compliance
with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and
services.
• Coordinate emergency repairs, including power outages, plumbing issues, or HVAC failures, minimizing
downtime and impact on mall operations.
