Material and Field Inspection of Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecommunication
• Quality Control and checking for construction materials including monitoring and controlling all site activities as per IFC drawings, project specifications and quality plan.
• To carry out all inspection & test requirements as per instruments QC plan requirements for client specifications, international codes & standards as applicable.

• Adroit with the concept of inspection on installation of Ex-equipment’s (Ex d, Ex e, Ex i etc.) and associated accessories in potentially explosive hazardous atmosphere (IEC60079 - 14 & 17).
• Accountable for witnessing Calibration, Installation, Loop Checking of Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level instruments, Analyzers, Control / On-Off Valves, Fire & Gas Instruments, etc.
• Oversaw the installation & testing of Electrical / Pneumatic Hook-Ups:
Cable Routing, Laying, Segregation, Sealing, Termination & Grounding Insulation Resistance & Continuity tests, OTDR Tests (FOC)
• Installation inspection of impulse tube, airline pneumatic air header as per hook-up and AFC Drawing & Inspection of pressure testing /leak test of all pneumatic lines, impulse lines.
• Installation of various devices like temperature, flow, level, pressure as per procedure &install according to P&ID, datasheet & hook-up.
• Installation of cable trays, cable laying and termination as per schedule and standard specification.
• Steered efforts in reviewing Mechanical Completion Dossiers, As-built drawings and Instrument Loop test Packages,
• Efficiently issued Non-Conformance & Site Inspection Reports for non-compliance activities against the approved quality procedures, inspection test plans, codes & standards and closed out on satisfactory corrective / preventive actions

Inspection for various types of junction boxes, cable termination etc. with reference drawing and specification.
Inspection of complete Wiring with Tags, loop-checking, continuity.Installation of Analyzer transmitter as per approved typical.
Request for inspection (RFI’s) to client for approval/acceptance of work as per Quality procedures.
Participate in regular meeting with quality counterparts to discuss the Quality control activities, identifying things are going well and where improvement are required along with the recommended ways to improve.
Co-ordination with client whenever problem arises and to resolve the issue regarding field activity.
Inspection installation of instrument Process Analytical Measurement System (PAMC) according to approved vendor drawings.
Reviewing of loop folder package for different loops (temp, flow, level, pressure etc.) and submitted to client for approval to loop test procedure.Inspection of work carried out by sub-contractor on field by daily checklist report.Assist to loop team during loop test activity.Familiar with international codes (NEMA, NEC, SAES, DOW specification).
Installation inspection of cable trays, cable laying and termination etc. as per schedule and standard specification.Verification of field devices install according to P&ID, datasheet, hook-up etc.Installation of fiber optic cable, as per approved drawings.Co-ordinate with client to close MCPN punches.
Review plan and drawings in accordance with code and specifications.Inspection of job completion activities according to RFI checklist.Installation inspection and leak testing of impulse and air tubing and analyzer tubing.
Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.Responsible of carrying out corrective maintenance job as when demand necessary.
Interpretation of loop drawing, instrument cabling and terminations, cable schedule, hook-up drawing and P&ID drawings.Preparation of AMC visit report in consultation with technician and sending it to customer, planning site engineer visit schedule for multiple customers.
Looking after the inspection requirements (Testing, Calibration of field instruments, functional check, and loop-check) for all modification jobs.Supervise the maintenance and correct use of tools and equipment such as diagnostic and calibration equipment.
Involvement into Schedule preparation, Manpower, resources & equipment planning.
Maintenance of CIP (clean in process), Installation of conductivity sensor, Installation of control valve, Maintenance of control panel.
Modifications of impulse tubing and fitting of pressure gauges, transmitter and other related field instruments and replacement.
Consult manufacturer’s manual, circuit and logic functional diagrams to determine test and maintenance procedure for instruments used in measuring and controlling flow, level, pressure, temperature.
Installation Inspection & testing of Control Cables.
Also Responsible for Checking verifying and reviewing the drawings covering specification, IFC, P&ID and other attachment prior to installation.
Ensure Calibration Certificates measuring instruments are in operational and calibrated condition which will be utilized.Co-coordination with document control system to ensure availabilities of current client engineering and specification as per project quality record.
Provide status & updates of work execution plan.
