Duties and Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and present logistics support to ongoing operations. (RDC & LDC)
•Regularly prepare report performances of fleet to senior fleet management.
•Make sure vehicles are always ready and available to meet orders by scheduling and monitoring current trends in the industry, so as to enable forecasts
•Make sure that all vehicles are properly registered; keep track of vehicle status on regular basis.
•Arrange fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning.
•Cross train on the other tasks in the department to provide full-service support to the other teams.
•Monitor fuel purchases by handling petty cash to be distributed to respective drivers. This is done in order to regulate costs/expenses.
•Take preventive measure to ensure safety of vehicles and drivers too.
•helping to coach drivers to improve fleet safety, compliance, and liability.
