DUTIES: 1. Manually sorting over 500 online purchase orders.
2. Collecting from the warehouse and packing the requested orders individually by gift wrapping or bagging the items.
Overall responsibilities of the company's Administrative work and company projects, preparing reports on company business flow and Capex management.
Overall responsibility of clearing and forwarding containers, loose cargo and Units to their various final destinations e.g. Rwanda, Uganda, Congo and Tanzania, while keeping the client well informed of the day-to-day operations involved.
Stock keeping, organizing client records, operating clinic calls, receiving and depositing cheques, pet grooming and training, maintaining sterility of the main clinic and assisting in minor clinic cases.
