Leading/Heading the Competency Delivery Centre named “IT HUB” delivering infrastructure & Technical support/solution based on the project requirement, Solution, Migration, and Transformation to the multiple group entity across the globe.
o Responsibilities:
• Build a new Infra competency centre in Alten Morocco from scratch.
• Oversee architecture of a variety of IT solution projects based on solid expertise in lifecycle
management from conception to completion.
• Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
• Involved in providing architecture expertise to clients on appropriate IT solutions that would address their key business needs including document management solutions, business intelligence solutions across globe.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems. Creates and
leads the process of integrating IT systems for them to meet an organization’s requirements.
• Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations.
• Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
• HLD, LLD, Work Instruction, PoC, System Integration.
• Hardware sizing for (Dell, CISCO, HP etc) and storage and backup proposed in the solution.
• Build/Test/Migrate different levels of approaches related to Wintel, Datacentre and Virtual environment.
• Build and migrate infrastructure/software and services across the organization.
• Global IT infrastructure lifecycle asset/inventory management.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
• Managing/Build the project infrastructure technical team (Unified Communications, Network, and
Wintel).
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of global infrastructure operations as well as technical
improvement and change projects.
• Service delivery and stakeholder’s management.
• Providing technical leadership, coaching, support and management of the Infrastructure team.
• Ensure that projects (Transition & transformation) are delivered on-time and within scope.
o Project Transition & transformation : Few of the key delivered projects -> Key technology used
while integration / transformation /Migration during these projects (Identity Management,
Manage Office 365 Tenants, Skype, Exchange Server hybrid Infra, Ms Server 2012/2016,
VMware, Azure AD, Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, SCCM, SCOM, Teams, VMware, Hyper -v..etc).
• Ensure resource availability, adhere to SLA and allocation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification
techniques.
• Measure/Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, Create, analyse and
improve team KPIs align with short and long-term goals.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
