• Collect, maintain and review all material submitted for application
• Informing prospective students regarding the department’s policies and procedures, application process, admissions criteria, visa regulations and application status.
• Coordinate Visitation programs - Campus Tours
• Proper and thorough follow up for enquiries received via Email, Physical - walk in, Telephone, and Pre Registration Forms to maximize number of applications received by department.
• Follow up via Email and phone
• Liaison with the university admissions office in UK regarding applications submitted.
• Arrangements for Examination, liaising with the British Council
• Provide correct and accurate reports to management
• Collection of feedback from prospective students for marketing feedback report
• Assist in planning and conducting student orientations, meetings, workshops and graduations
• Assist in admissions publications
• Assist Business Development team in exhibitions, school visits, school fairs, graduation functions etc; as required.
• Assist Admissions Counselors as and when required.
