•Provide direction and oversight of the student services program at a non- residential campus
•Direct, supervise, train and evaluate assigned staff
•Oversee programs and services including career services, campus student publications, conduct standards, orientation, health services, admissions, financial aid, enrollment services, leadership development, multicultural services, recreation and athletics as provided by the location
•Plan, organize and direct goals for assigned units
•Serve as member of the campus senior administrative leadership team engaged in strategic planning, decision-making, policy development and problem-solving for campus-wide issues
•Serve on campus and/or University-wide committees
•Oversee the maintenance, disposition, and security of student records
•Advise student groups
•Direct the management of and response to student concerns
Coordination of all Undergraduate programmes. i.e from Diploma to Degree level
New courses
Coordination with around 20-25 Lecturers
Coordination with foreign Universities & Colleges, namely Heriot Watt University- UK, Association of Business Executives- UK and other Colleges and Universities from UK,
Representing the Organization in International exhibitions.
Organizing Annual events of the college.
Scheduling new commencement and completion of batches.
Scheduling examinations.
Controlling operations
Training and Development
Performance evaluation
Preparing for meetings, recording minutes of the meetings, conducting staff meetings etc
Maintaining and Scheduling Appointments
Reporting to the Director
