Handling approximately 300 SKU’s of products in a Dry and Chilled warehouses.
Product receipts from the plant in KSA make GRN through the ERP system
Allocate the orders as per sales query.
Manage supply efficiency in order to achieve the sales goals.
Ensure the FIFO at any time. Also, monitoring the product ageing.
Manage optimum stocks levels.
Coordinate 3 PL Logistics supplier (Agility) for day-to-day activities. And generate MIS reports from EXCEED web portal.
Manage and achieve pre-defined logistics objective KPI’S. (Loading LEAD time, Reefer Turnaround Delays, Depot loss, Pallets and crates, etc)
Loading approximately 150, 000 crates and 900 pallets monthly average.
Manage to load 60 Sales routes (fleets) daily basis.
Monthly PID reconciliation of the GRN with plant and ensure the zero variance and post to SAP.
Correspondence with the head office (Riyadh) or Regional office.
Physically verification the stocks in a daily basis to minimize the depot loss
Manage cold chain in order to ensure the products are stored in a designated temperature.(CCM)
Reconciliation crates/pallets WTD/YTD basis.
Making monthly risks assessment reports
Conducting weekly/monthly basis quality and HS&S audits to ensure the company’s quality policy compliances is achieved at any time.
Handle product recalls efficiently in order to ensure the quality policy.
Manage manpower approximately 40 heads in loading, offloading and other necessary tasks.
