• Preparation of Contractor’s payment recommendation and negotiation as in line with the Progress and the Conditions of Contract

• Assessment and Negotiation of Contractor’s VOR in accordance with the Conditions of Contract

• Preparation of cost report for the Client indicating the latest commercial status of project

• Reporting identified risk and potential saving event to Client to support proactive cash-flow management

• Preparation and issuance of Notices, Instructions and other required commercial document to Client and Contractor

Project: Al Marjan Island Marine Modification,
North Nurai Phase Il

• Preparation of Payment Applications including Advance, Interim, Statement at completion and Final account
• Identify and initiate Variations as per the conditions of contract and negotiate with the Engineer.
• Preparation and update project funding plan including cash in and cash out as in line with the baseline and construction program.
• Review and certification of subcontractor’s payment applications as per conditions of contract.
• Take off quantity at different stages of the project

• Preparation of Interim payment application.
• Identifying and preparing variations.
• Preparing contract agreements, and other necessary documents.
• Review and certify subcontractors payments.
