Experience Highlights as In-Charge of Clinical Chemistry & Immunology since 2018 - till date;
• Currently preparing for Laboratory QMS as per CAP Accreditation standards.
• Establishing laboratory policies, plans, programs, and mentoring the lab staff by education & training.
• Validation of laboratory instruments and preparing validation reports using various MS excel functions, EP Evaluator & other software tools.
• Maintaining a successful IQC program by applying appropriate QC rules, advise on troubleshooting and incorporating various quality tools like westgard rules.

• Daily checking & authenticating of quality control results performed by lab technicians.
• Interpretation, releasing of patient results, and coordinating with physicians regarding the patient lab reports.
• Preparing purchase orders, liaising with vendors.
• Effective communication with Application specialists for the smooth functioning of Depts.
• Updating the Test menu based on the demands from time to time.
• Leading the training sessions for the students at the Sharjah University.
