Mentor to students of B.Sc and M.Sc in a class room of 30 to 50 students. Teaching the basics of Biochemisry, Microbiology, Biotechnology as well as the advanced topics and guiding the students to complete the projects which are part of their curriculum.

Rendering services in shaping the minds of the students to pursue their higher education in the fields of Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and allied subjects. Involved in providing an up-to date information and motivating the students in analytical thinking about the subject during the competitive exams and getting laurels to the institution. Guiding the students for their project and conducting the seminars, workshops and symposiums
Addressing the class of more than 40 students. Elucidating the basics and advance of Biochemistry as per their syllabus, giving tips to remember the structures and pathways. Explaining about the bimolecular marker and their levels during illness. Estimation of various key metabolites existing in blood and other body fluids by different quantitative methods. Training the students about hands on experience on all the instruments essential for the quantitative estimations. Preparing material for their post graduate entrances. Guiding them to participate in paper and poster presentation in state and national seminars and workshops.

Phytochemical, antioxidant, bioactivity and characterization of bioactive principles of methanol extracts of Avicennia marina L. and Avicennia officinalis L. – mangrove
Learned the inorganic, organic, physical, analytical and environmental chemistry theory and practicals of inorganic, organic, analytical and physical chemistry
A study on antibacterial activity of four selected mangrove plants. Plant extracts were prepared in 6 organic solvents to four plant parts and screened against 8 bacteria with gentamicin as standard. The results are satisfactory which made me to study further in my doctorate work.
Learned the bioinformatics theory and practical. This is prerequisite for my career and it plays a significant role in teaching bioinformatics.
Learned all the basics of cellular needs and their metabolic functions.
Learned the essence of biology with flavor of chemistry. This is the reason i decided to learn the masters in Biochemistry as well as chemistry. Then i pursued my M.Phil in Microbiology.
