• develop project’s WBS, CBS and project progress s-curves
• cost control via the PMWeb platform in the Onne upgrade project (Pilot Project).
• develop, manage and maintain the overall integrated project progressed and baseline schedules in line with APMT standards
• adopt EVM metrics to technical project controls, implement cost control and management approach and being accountable for the provision of time-phased project cost data, including VOWD, EAC and ETC.
• lead the development of the quarterly RoFo Cash-Out projections for the terminal’s budget planning and cash forecast.
• develop project baseline schedule, planned budget and risk mitigation plans for the initial project execution plan presentation.
• prepare project execution plans in collaboration with the senior project manager
• manage the overall project cost control system
• provide earned value analysis and time phase ETC cost forecasting for project control
• manage and drive the following project processes; Scope management, Planning / scheduling, Cost management (in close coordination with the terminal CFO)
• prepare weekly and monthly PE progress dashboard and highlight reports.
