- Support 360° communication activities (Instore, ATL, BTL) in line with the brand and the marketing
communication strategy for Turkey and other countries with Colin's stores
- Creating marketing plans in order to company's strategy, and allocating budgets to actualize
marketing plans
- Managing and following up relationships with 3rd party agencies
- Briefing the agencies in the most accurate way in line with our marketing strategy, reviewing the
incoming plans or content, and revising the agency to give the strategy the most appropriate form
- Preparing marketing materials with the creative agency in line with the strategic requirements
- Naming and creating key visual of the new collections, campaigns and promotions
- Preparing, planning and organizing content visuals for social media, CRM, e-commerce, instore and
other brand communications
- Planning and organizing brand events in necessary campaigns or new store openings
- Taking necessary actions for necessary communication or activities in line with sustainability goals
- Analyzing sales data to help planning future marketing strategies
- Tracking and reporting budget and expenditures monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Reporting marketing activities to management
- Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities of the competitors
- Preparing and managing brands' marketing plans (on Digital, Online, In-store, Event, PR, CRM)
- Preparing and managing 360 marketing plans during launch and relaunch periods (on Digital, Online, In-store, Event, PR, CRM)
- Increase brand awareness
- Tracking marketing activities and coordinating collaborative teams
- Weekly sales tracking and taking necessary marketing actions
- Allocate and track the budget in the most accurate way
- Preparing monthly and quarterly report presentations consisting of launches, special events, digital activities and in-store visuals
- Presenting reports to Management and Global Marketing Teams
- Increase O+O visibility and customer traffic
- Competitor and benchmark analysis in local production projects
- In line with the analysis made, design briefing suitable for the market and managing the process
- Managing post-production marketing activities.
